• Adding organic conditioners to the soil and preparing the seed bed
• Landscaping the area so that the roll on lawn is smooth and even
• Laying under ground irrigation services to keep the instant lawn well watered (optional)
• Compacting the prepared area
• Adding super phosphate to the soil to stimulate the roll on lawn’s root development
• Laying down the instant lawn
• Compacting the lawn once it’s been laid down properly
• Dressing the lawn with nitrogen composite to stimulate leaf development
